It depends on scope, but our prices are published. The Zoho Rescue & Roadmap is $2,500 – $5,000. A Business Process Upgrade is $7,500 fixed. The Continuous Improvement Partner retainer is $5,000 per month for 25 reserved hours. Smaller, clearly defined work is $250 per hour, starting with a 10-hour block ($2,500). Zoho licenses are billed by Zoho and are not included.
The Zoho Rescue & Roadmap is completed in 7–10 business days. A Business Process Upgrade is typically completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Larger implementations get a timeline in the written scope before any work starts.
